Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made by fax or email:

1. Cancellations up to 60 days before your expected date of arrival will receive the advance payment back in full;
2. Cancellations up to 30 days before your expected arrival date, will receive 50% of your advance payment back;
3. All modifications after your reservation might not be possible in the same room as previously reserved.

In 2021 for reasons related to the Covid-19 epidemic it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty within 7 days from the date of arrival.
Moreover, it is always possible to insure your holiday through the agreement between the Baya Hotel and the ALLIANZ insurance company.
